What we keep

When you subscribe, we keep your email address, a random UUID, your chosen language, the form source and the subscription date. We do not ask for your name or postal address. Newsletter links contain only the UUID, never your email address.

What we use it for

We use this data to send mycollinadoro, manage your subscription and understand whether a signup or website visit originated from the newsletter. We do not sell it or use it for third-party advertising.

Measurement with ReachOut

When you complete a subscription, we send the UUID and email address to ReachOut to associate the profile and record the signup. When you open a personal email link on our website, we send only the UUID, never the email address. External links and links intended for forwarding to a friend do not contain the identifier.

Where and for how long

The data is stored in the website database and the ReachOut analytics environment on Swiss or European infrastructure. It remains associated with the subscription until you ask for removal. Every newsletter includes a simple way to unsubscribe.

Your choices

You may ask at any time to check, correct or remove your address and its associated analytics profile by replying to a newsletter you have received.
